Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2026
These terms apply to access to and use of Shadowrocket Guide. This is the official Shadowrocket website and manual, with guidance on getting the app, configuring it, and troubleshooting. Before using a specific feature, read the related instructions and these terms.
1. Scope and basis of information
This site helps users understand how to use Shadowrocket. It does not guarantee suitability for any particular network environment, connection performance, or business need. Interface labels and feature locations may change as the app is updated. Follow the current in-app instructions and the App Store listing.
Shadowrocket is available only on Apple platforms, with guidance focused on iPhone and iPad. Check the App Store listing for system requirements and compatibility with other devices. This manual does not replace the App Store’s purchase terms, system permission prompts, or applicable legal requirements.
2. App purchases and service scope
Shadowrocket is a paid commercial app available exclusively from its App Store product page. Before purchasing, verify the developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, the app ID 932747118, and the official icon. See the getting the app guide for purchase steps and tips for verifying the genuine app.
A one-time purchase of the app does not include a service subscription. This site does not provide, sell, or recommend servers or subscription services. Import instructions assume that you already have your own subscription or server details. Check the App Store listing and Apple’s applicable policies for the app’s price, payment, restoring purchases, and refunds.
3. Lawful use and user responsibilities
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to your activities, as well as the rules of any network, organization, or service you use. Do not use Shadowrocket or this site’s instructions for unlawful purposes, including violating others’ rights, unauthorized system access, data theft, or disrupting network services.
Make sure you are legally entitled to use any server, subscription, or configuration you enter, and assess whether its source and contents are trustworthy. Keep subscription URLs, passwords, and connection credentials secure. Before sharing logs or troubleshooting materials, remove personal information and access credentials.
4. Availability and limitation of liability
We strive to keep the guidance accurate and clear, but cannot guarantee that all content will always be complete or applicable, or that the site, app, or services you already use will remain available. App Store availability, network conditions, system permissions, and service settings can all affect results.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for interruptions, configuration errors, service failures, or resulting difficulties using the service, data loss, or indirect losses arising from reliance on this manual. Back up your configuration and confirm how to restore it before making changes or deleting it. These limitations do not exclude or limit liability where the law prohibits such limits, or affect your statutory consumer rights.
5. Intellectual property and use of content
Rights to the Shadowrocket trademark, app, and related product materials belong to its developer or the respective rights holders. Visiting this site or purchasing the app does not grant ownership of the trademark, app, or related materials. Any permitted use is governed by the applicable license and App Store rules.
The text and page design of this manual are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may make necessary references for personal learning and use, provided you credit the source and preserve the original meaning. Copying, adapting, republishing, or commercial use beyond what is permitted by law requires prior permission from the relevant rights holder.
6. Changes to these terms and support
These terms may be revised to reflect changes to the content or features, or to meet legal requirements. Revisions will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed accordingly. Important changes to rights or responsibilities will be noted on the relevant pages. Review the applicable terms before continuing to use the site.
For help with setup, see the relevant sections in the getting started guide and beginner to advanced guide. For purchase or payment issues, follow the process provided by the App Store. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
